We are looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior DevSecops role, to work on an international project.

How you’ll make an impact:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior AppSec Specialist to join our DevSecOps team.  As a Cloud AppSec Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring the security and resilience of our cloud-native applications. Your role will involve implementing robust security measures, assessing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate security seamlessly into our cloud environment.

Responsibilities:
Security Architecture:
Develop and implement secure architecture for cloud-native applications.
Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security issues.
Secure Development Practices:
Work closely with development teams to promote and implement secure coding practices.
Conduct regular code reviews to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Security Automation:
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, automating security checks and testing.
Implement and manage security tools for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
Develop and maintain incident response plans for cloud applications.
Participate in security incident response activities, including forensic analysis.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure applications adhere to relevant compliance standards and industry best practices.
Stay informed about evolving security threats and industry trends.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to address security concerns.
Provide expertise and guidance on security-related matters.

Requirements for this challenge:
1. Advanced English for daily conversation with team members and the client
2. Proven experience as an AppSec Specialist with a focus on cloud environments.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud-native application security principles and best practices.
4. Experience in implementing security measures for AWS or other cloud platforms.
5. Expertise in threat modeling, risk assessments, and secure coding practices.
6. Hands-on experience with security tools and automation.
