The Amazon Web Services (AWS), Threat Intelligence Group (ATIG), is responsible for developing actionable intelligence on advanced cyber threats to our services and our customers. We collect indicators and intelligence from a variety of internal and external sources and use that information to develop an understanding of sophisticated actors and their tools, techniques, and procedures. We then leverage that understanding to proactively identify and mitigate malicious activity.

ATIG is seeking a focused Senior Technical Program Manager who can take on a leadership role in our efforts to protect customers from sophisticated cyber threats. You will be responsible for a set of long-term security outcomes related to integrating ATIG threat intelligence with customer-facing security products, enabling targeted customer notifications, and expanding ATIG’s impact with both internal and external threat intelligence customers.

Key responsibilities include:
· Managing the complete lifecycle of ATIG threat intelligence integration with AWS consumer products, working closely with product teams to scope the interaction, plan long-term strategy, and manage the integration process.
· Implementing a sustainable process for notifying AWS customers that have been targeted by sophisticated threat actors and maintaining related metrics and user stories to demonstrate impact.
· Driving disruption efforts targeting malicious actors using AWS services, working with service teams to develop standardized, repeatable processes and tracking outcomes.
· Exploring ways to better present ATIG threat intelligence findings and products to internal and external customers.
· Identifying functional and technical customer threat intelligence requirements by diving deep into feedback and collecting inputs from multiple internal security teams.
· Orchestrating across multiple teams and organizations to accomplish cross-team objectives.
· Providing nuanced status updates to the teams, senior leaders, and senior executives on a regular basis.

Inclusive Team Culture
Here at AWS, we embrace our differences. We are committed to furthering our culture of inclusion. We have ten employee-led affinity groups, reaching 40,000 employees in over 190 chapters globally. We have innovative benefit offerings, and we host annual and ongoing learning experiences, including our Conversations on Race and Ethnicity (CORE) and AmazeCon (gender diversity) conferences. Amazon’s culture of inclusion is reinforced within our 14 Leadership Principles, which remind team members to seek diverse perspectives, learn and be curious, and earn trust.

Work/Life Balance
Our team also puts a high value on work-life balance. Striking a healthy balance between your personal and professional life is crucial to your happiness and success here, which is why we aren’t focused on how many hours you spend at work or online. Instead, we’re happy to offer a flexible schedule so you can have a more productive and well balanced life—both in and outside of work.

Mentorship & Career Growth
Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our senior members enjoy one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews.
