Job Description

We are looking for a delivery focused (Senior) Information Security Analyst to continuously improve the design of our antivirus and endpoint protection, detection & response environments and related technologies, which are key for the Eurofins Security Operations. The individual will be involved in championing new extensions to the monitoring & detection environment and will be involved in re-build initiatives for existing components. This is a hands-on role that requires a can-do attitude to establish close collaboration with the operations/infrastructure/project teams.

In this role, you will be managing the continuous improvement of the existing endpoint protection environments, in accordance with the relevant internal policies. You will work hands-on to configure and troubleshoot one of the most crucial elements of the Eurofins global IT environment. Your scope of the duties includes taking on responsibility for the development, maintenance and troubleshooting of endpoint security solutions and managing policies and software deployment. With a project-minded approach, you will troubleshoot issues, getting to the root causes and supporting with resolving them.

You will be the third line of technical support for Priority 1 incidents, contributing to resolving performance issues associated with the endpoint protection solutions.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations, particularly concerning antivirus and/or endpoint protection, detection & response solutions from the Product Owner or Administrator perspective. We are looking for a candidate with proven experience of acting as a specialist in infrastructure/operations/project teams and enterprise scale of infrastructure implementation. Global company experience will be beneficial. McAfee / Trellix knowledge is highly desired.

PERSONAL SKILLS:

If you can communicate effectively with technical leaders and you have good attention to detail, this role will be a good fit for you. We are looking for an independent person who is able to work with minimal supervision but also be a team player. You need to present strong System Thinking – the ability to see how parts interact with each other in a big picture.

EDUCATION:

English language skills, spoken and written (B2 or above) is required.
