What's the opportunity?

The successful candidate will be the primary IT contact for all Robin employees, both in the UK at our London office as well as with staff in the UK, US and Australia. You will join a company that is at a pivotal phase, and will contribute to our continued success and growth. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and demonstrate strong ownership of tasks. You will be required to work from our office at Devonshire Squareminimum3 days a week, with flexibility on a need basis.

Requirements

Sounds great! What are my responsibilities?

  • Create and implement our IT strategy, with input and support from our Senior Leadership team.
  • Upholding ISO security standards, as well as ensuring security procedures are implemented, enforced, and reviewed.
  • Assisting on policy and procedure creation. Periodic auditing of process to ensure appropriate levels of compliance.
  • Training all staff on internal IT policies, including in-person sessions and the creation of user guides and documentation.
  • Supporting office events by providing and supporting technical solutions where needed.
  • Setting up and installing new computers, networks, and software packages for all new joiners; acting as the first line and second line of IT support.
  • Troubleshooting and support for staff on IT issues such as mobile, desktop, audio/video etc.
  • Procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware.
  • Supporting on client procurement questionnaires.


What about my skills?

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in IT Management with a focus on security
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Information security compliance (ISO 27001)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance
  • Ideally have a background working in a start-up, scale up or a similar size organisation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactively identify trends to continuously improve technology, systems, etc.

Compensation @ Robin AI

  • Salary: £60,000-£80,000
