Job Description

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Information Security Technology - Engineering - Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a team responsible for designing, developing, testing, or maintaining hardware, technology, or processes.
  • Determine the needs of diverse and complex customer groups which requires applied understanding of important, strategic issues of importance to the function/initiative.
  • Plan and direct the work of the team as they design and develop technical solutions.
  • Ensure teams use a process-driven approach in designing solutions.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient maintenance of existing technical solutions.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • CISSP
  • AWS Cloud IAM Architecture
  • Previous experience with Identity and Privilege Access architecture
  • Previous experience with MFA
  • Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure 

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Experience managing product teams in an Agile environment. 
  • Skills related to Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
  • Expertise in service management concepts for networks and related standards such as ITIL practices or SDLC
  • Skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
  • Experience in using and maintaining password management software such as CyberArk PAS, Duo, Sailpoint and/or Ping Identity, Active Directory
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience monitoring and managing operation systems (OS), and staying current on patches, upgrades, and other elements of the OS
  • Skills related to Security including designing and evaluating security systems, identifying security threats, securing computers, assessing vulnerability, etc.
  • Experience managing systems controls, developing recovery plans, diagnosing connectivity issues, and other network system management tasks
  • Experience identifying and determining levels of risk to an organization's networks and systems
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
  • Skills related to Identity and Access Management including managing roles and entitlement and managing identity and access privileges
  • Skills related to Development including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages like Python, Java, dotNet, etc.
  • Collective capabilities for leadership, including leading teams, giving feedback, facilitating meetings, and coaching and mentoring

Tools: 

  • Experience managing CyberArk Privilege Access Security (Privilege Session Management, PAM, CPM, EPM)Skilled in Active Directory
  • Skilled in LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
  • Skilled in using virtualization software such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare vSphere, or Citrix XenDesktop
  • Skilled in Excel
  • Skilled in VPN software and encrypting data
  • Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, Secret Management, IAM, development, and networking platforms
  • Skilled in ServiceNow, Confluence and JIRA to manage digital workflows
  • Experience using SharePoint
