Syngenta – Global Product Safety Operations

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join Syngenta in a role that will lead a Quality Assurance strategy for Global Product Safety

The successful candidate will develop, deploy, and continuously improve a Global Product Safety Quality Management Program (QMP) to guarantee i) the delivery of high-quality Product Safety outputs and ii) that the processes employed to deliver Product Safety outputs are compliant to Syngenta Code of Conduct and external regulations.  As the Product Safety Lead for Quality Assurance, you will manage communication to key stakeholders and leadership teams.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the future strategy of the program.
  • Effective collaboration with key stakeholders, product safety, and regulatory experts at the global and regional levels.
  • Lead the QMP and auditing program, conduct in-person audits internally and externally of preclinical testing facilities & accurately assess the quality of deployment of standards and methodologies.
  • Lead the data quality initiative with line management responsibility of a team supporting the global active ingredient portfolio

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent, ideally have QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor CQI & IRCA Certified (or equivalent) and have a passion for Quality.
  • Proven ability to maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders & engaging others, building effective teams, driving accountability. Courageous and persuasive.
  • Experience working in a research or manufacturing environment in operation/technical role is desirable but not essential.
