What You’ll Do

Compliance Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and build-out of our Information Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, and will be a key member of our Security and Compliance Organization.

Build a framework, develop, and execute a compliance risk management program focused on:

  • Developing a strategic approach to Security Policies, and Privacy Requirements balanced with corporate strategic goals across the enterprise.
  • Driving a comprehensive compliance program with; controls, awareness, training, incident response, monitoring and alerting both physical and intellectual.
  • Supporting security risk assessments and external audits
  • Planning a roadmap to complete risk management standards; NIST 800-171, SOC2, FEDRAMP
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Partnering with software engineering teams to organize, prioritize, and drive security and compliance objectives
  • Implementing policies, standards and procedures that govern the security of data across the enterprise with a specific focus on compliance requirements.
  • Building a strong, collaborative partnership with Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Internal Audit and IT teams.
  • Evangelizing operational security risk programs across the company.
  • Providing continuous security coaching and training across the corporation.
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators for compliance (KPI’s) through partnering with teams.

 

What We’ll Expect from You

Must have

  • Program management / Information Security Program Manager: 6+ years 
  • Experience with NIST, ISO, SOC, FedRamp and other industry standards 
  • Experience managing information or product security initiatives and a solid understanding of security concepts
  • Self-starter, solid judgment, has strong ability to think and act independently under limited oversight and direction.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and manage security risk with the ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize
  • Familiarity with modern design paradigms and a modern interpretation of compliance standards
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure services and related technologies spanning servers, storage, network, security and cloud
  • Able to communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Ability to balance the pressures of a fast-paced environment with the need for maintaining a fun, productive organizational environment
  • Must have good meeting management and communication skills to keep conversations focused and productive.
