What you’ll be responsible for as a Security Operations Manager at albelli-Photobox Group

In your role as the Security Operations Manager you will be responsible for protecting our organisation's assets. You make it your goal to be the first one that is aware of any security threats and is prepared to respond in an adequate way to limit the impact on the organisation.

You ensure that we have the visibility needed to be able to protect the organisation and its customers' data. You have a passion for Cyber defence and Threat intelligence.

You’ll be responsible for building the strategy and capabilities needed to be successful.

To secure these treasured moments, albelli - Photobox Group is now seeking to appoint a Security Operations Manager. For this role we’re looking for a security leader that has excellent stakeholder management with responsibilities across the albelli - Photobox Group of operating companies in the UK, Netherlands, Norway, France, Spain & Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Define a short and long term strategy for Security Operations.
• Deploy an incident case management system.
• Create and maintain the vulnerability management program
• Work with senior leaders and the board to define and practice incident response plans.
• Perform tabletop exercises with senior leaders in the organisation.
• Monitor and Alert on security threats across cloud, on-premise and manufacturing plant environments
• Perform threat intelligence and report on industry trends
• Ensure we have full visibility on our organisation's assets
• Respond to and assist with due diligence and internal / external security audit requests.
• As part of the security team contribute to the overall security strategy
• Proactively engage with product & software engineering teams to ensure that we monitor and mitigate risks and remain compliant in the development of new products and capabilities
• Build employee security engagement, education and awareness through formal and informal initiatives
• Drive security operations KPIs

Requirements

Who are you?

• You’ll have experience in a similar security role in a large consumer focussed business
• You’ll enjoy building relationships with key stakeholders and be an inspiring leader
• You’ll enjoy being hands-on but also work with senior stakeholders on more group wide initiatives.
• You know now how to drive change throughout a large organisation
• An ability to communicate technical ideas and strategies effectively to non-technical audiences

Minimum experience needed:

• You’re a seasoned Cyber Security professional in an operational setting
• Demonstrable experience in modern security incident detection & response
• You have experience in setting up a vulnerability management program
• Good understanding of industry related security threat trends
• Knowledge and understanding of major regulatory and industry standards such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience with Endpoint Detection And Response Solutions (EDR)
• Experience with products & services hosted in public cloud platforms such as AWS
• Asset management solutions
• Experience with SOAR tooling
• A pragmatic approach on how to reach strategic goals.
• The practical application of soft skills required to engage and influence at all levels within an organisation.
• You have previously coached and mentored members in your team

Nice to Have Experience:

• GIAC Security Operations Certified (GSOC) or other similar credentials, is desired
• Experience in applying Data Science in Security would be a great plus
