About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Product Manager to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our cybersecurity product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, product management, and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality IT security solutions. As the Cybersecurity Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement.  

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and management of our cybersecurity products, ensuring they meet market needs and industry standards.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, ops, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to cybersecurity products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and effective.

 

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security products.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in using product management and project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP, are a plus.
