Ubisoft IT is looking for a Security Analyst capable of bringing their expertise to life within a dynamic team of game, security, and new technology enthusiasts.

Working within the Security & Risk Management department, and as part of the Security Resilience team, the selected candidate will be responsible to provide informational, functional, and technical expertise to to increase Ubisoft resilience with a focus on Crisis Preparedness, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery across all Ubisoft locations worldwide.

 

Your main mission

  • Implement disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans at the global level, coordinating all local efforts to align with a unified global strategy.
  • Support stakeholders in documenting and maintaining all disaster recovery, crisis preparedness, and business continuity plans.
  • Review all plans to ensure continued operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the creation, review, and deployment of policies, standards, processes, and guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them, bringing risks to an acceptable level for management.
  • Develop and maintain security metrics and executive reports to communicate project risks and remediation status to management in non-technical business language.
  • Oversee the coordination of support, training, community management, and awareness initiatives, including tabletop exercises, microsimulations, and training on the software tools operated by our team.
  • Contribute to specific security projects or initiatives within the department, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

The professional value you bring

  • Previous experience in a security related function coordination business continuity, crisis preparedness and disaster recovery plans
  • Capacity to audit information and have a keen attention to detail.
  • Having a business Continuity Management certification is a plus -  SANS,ABCP, CBCP, AFBCI, MBCI

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for different stakeholders- verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, ability to multi-task and prioritize work to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to conduct informational training sessions as required.
