Manager - Information Security

Job Title

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design, development, and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions.
• Facilitate workshops on role requirement analysis with system owners.
• Facilitate the integration of IAM systems with other enterprise software.
• Implement the concepts and specific workflows in the projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identity-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies.

Qualifications:

• Overall 8+ years’ experience, with a minimum of two years of experience leading an end-to-end implementation of One Identity Manager solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of One Identity Manager architecture and functionality.
• Demonstrate strong .NET Framework/VB.NET/Angular/PowerShell and development skills to integrate One Identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge on MS SQL database management.
• Proven ability to design and develop complex solutions using One Identity Manager processes and orchestration tools or related identity and access management tools.
• Fair understanding of Cybersecurity concepts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership of projects and work across geographically dispersed teams and organization.  
• A collaborative and results-oriented team player.

Common accountabilities:

- Manages a team of Staff employees and has accountability for their performance and results. Sets performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions.​

- Defines a vision for the team in line with the department strategy and operational challenges and translates it into a concrete action plan. Works with a high level of autonomy, with some guidance from Senior Manager. ​

- Acts as a reference across multiple areas, anticipating solutions to complex problems.​

- Optimizes efficiency based on knowledge and experience with the policies, procedures and business plan.

Specific accountabilities:

*Develop, implement, maintain the Information Security Program including computer security and emergency measures policies and procedures.
*Monitor the Informantion Security Program effectiveness and update as necessary.
*Advise and support General Management in all information security related matters, alerting to risks and proposing solutions to minimize them.
*Encrypt data transmissions and erect firewalls to conceal confidential information as it is being transmitted and to keep out tainted digital transfers.
*Modify computer security files to incorporate new software, correct errors, or change individual access status.
*Monitor current reports of computer viruses to determine when to update virus protection systems.
*Monitor use of data files and regulate access to safeguard information in computer files.
*Review violations of computer security procedures and take appropriate measures to ensure violations are not repeated. *Promote information security awareness and responsible user behaviour.
