Security Engineer.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Deep experience in building, configuring, operating and/or securing cloud infrastructure and applications in Azure or AWS, either with native cloud service provider capabilities or tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager. A broad knowledge of information security principles (e.g. access control) and security capabilities Experience reviewing applications, infrastructure, and architectural designs to identify threats and vulnerabilities. Experience with Azure Security Center, AWS Cloud Security Hub Evaluate current security postures on projects and deployments and provide enhanced security solutions that should consider risks and costs. Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements. Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services. Hands on Experience in Azure Security (Azure Bastion, Gateway/VNet Peering etc.,) Azure IAM and Identity Governance Experience Hands-on development experience on Azure Functions/DB’s/Network management Experience with directory joins/User management for VM’s in Azure Azure Active directory / AD FS / SSO Experience Experience with audit/monitoring set-up for cloud resource

• Design and develop security controls within the Azure portfolio.
• Evaluate current security postures on projects and deployments and provide enhanced security solutions that should consider risks and costs.
• Design and develop frameworks and solutions to secure CI/CD pipelines
• Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements.
• Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms
• Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management (Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc) preferred.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services.
• Hands on Experience in Azure Security (Azure Bastion, Gateway/VNet Peering etc.,)
• Azure IAM and Identity Governance Experience
• Hands-on development experience on Azure Functions/DB’s/Network management
• Experience with directory joins/User management for VM’s in Azure
• Azure Active directory / AD FS / SSO Experience
• Experience with audit/monitoring set-up for cloud resources
• Good to have Azure certifications.

Nice to have

Cloud and/or security certifications related to Cloud Architecture, Data Engineering, DevOps Engineering, DevSecOps, and Machine Learning is advantageous
