Job Description:

As a Director on the firm’s Threat Management team, you will be working in an industry-leading, collaborative, fast–paced environment and will have the opportunity to conduct and manage high-level threat assessments and threat related matters with potential to impact the firm’s associates, customers, and facilities.

The location for this role is MA, RI, NH, TX, NC, or KY.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Proven leadership in threat management and risk assessment strategy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to master quickly and navigate sensitive and complex organizational, management, employee, and customer matters
  • Sound judgment to assess risks and identify matters requiring escalation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Investigations, Law Enforcement, and Security experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree

The Purpose of Your Role

  • Leads a team of risk assessment professionals to ensure all threats are assessed, communicated, documented, and mitigated in a timely manner
  • Assesses physical security threats, including threats of violence, self-harm, harassment, domestic violence, stalking and other concerning behaviors that may affect associates, clients, and facilities
  • Performs interviews, analysis, and briefings
  • Provides comprehensive threat assessment recommendations to stakeholders
  • Works closely with Employee Relations, Employment Law group, and other business partners to conduct detailed assessments
  • Provides strategic guidance to the Threat Management function
