About you

We are looking for a Information & Security Manager responsible for safeguarding the organization's information assets by establishing and overseeing a comprehensive information security strategy. This role acts as a subject matter expert in areas of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• 5+ Years experience in IT Secuirty roles.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
• Desired certifications: CISSP, CISM or other cybersecurity related
• Education: BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong English Communication Skills

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Expertise in information security principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of threat landscapes and defense strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle crisis situations effectively
• Continuous learning and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
