Production Engineer - IT Risk, Governance & Compliance

The IT Risk & Compliance position reports to the Director of Central data GRC and will be co-leading the assessment, testing and reporting of the effectiveness of IT internal controls over financial reporting and privacy controls. This will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Execute SOX, COPPA and privacy compliance, observations and test reports for Yahoo revenue systems as agreed with Corporate Compliance.

- Collaborate and coordinate with Engineering and Product Management the required deliveries to enable compliance for revenue systems.

- Coordinate with key process owners to ensure timely execution of SOX and governance controls - Support continuous governance initiatives to improve the efficiency of audits.

- Assist revenue teams on the work required for external audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

- At least 3 -5 years of experience performing risk-based IT audits and execution of compliance programs for financial auditing and privacy frameworks

- Proven project management skills and knowledge of compliance frameworks

- Sound technical knowledge covering multiple areas, such as IT security, change management, operations, databases, networks, and operating systems

- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and diplomacy skills with peers and all levels of management - Self-motivated, adaptive, proactive, and works well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Ability to travel 5%-10% (domestic and international)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the media and/or advertising technology industry

- Experience with frameworks such as COBIT, COSO, ISO, ITIL, NIST, etc.

- ISACA, CISA, CISSP, or applicable professional certification desirable
