We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist DevSecOps to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT support, with a focus on integrating and managing security practices within the DevOps process. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and development workflows.

What you’ll do:

• You will provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and applications.

• You will Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.

• You will ensure compliance with industry security standards and best practices, including vulnerability management, patch management, and incident response.

• You will implement monitoring solutions to detect and respond to security threats and generate reports on system performance and security incidents.

• You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to promote a culture of security and efficiency.

• You will develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate IT and security processes, improving operational efficiency.

• You will create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and security procedures, and provide training to staff as needed.

Who you are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support and DevOps, with a focus on security.

• You are familiar with DevSecOps principles and practices.

• You are proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• You have experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of security tools and practices, including vulnerability scanners, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

• You are familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• You can learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferably, you also have:

• Knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM and ITIL practices) for managing IT requests.

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
