We are looking for an Executive Assistant Assistant – Business Analyst Financial Lines and Cyber, based in London.

The Impact You Will Have  

As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the leadership team and collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver projects and actions. You will provide critical support for growth projects, including the implementation of Integrated Commercial initiatives. Your contributions will enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive the successful execution of strategic objectives. By supporting our leaders and teams, you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success in the financial lines and cyber risk management sectors. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Preparation, participation, and follow-up of meetings, including driving follow-up actions for Monthly Leadership & Extended meetings and other executive meetings. 

  • Pre-screening of presentations and other documents addressed to the GH, sharing with relevant areas to ensure communication flow. 

  • Preparation and follow-up of important presentations, business visits, and Townhalls for the GH with strategic relevance and regional/function impact. 

  • Acting as an interface, coordinating and cooperating with FL Heads and country/regional managers. 

  • Participation in project work and initiatives requiring the attention or representation of the GH, such as Integrated Commercial and branch set-up, growth projects. 

  • Managing and handling daily tasks for the GH. 

  • Organization and preparation of internal events, such as the regional/CxO offsite (yearly). 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 

  • A strong educational background (ideally a Master's degree) or equivalent professional experience 

  • Proficiency in IT skills (Office applications), including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. 

  • Multi-tasking ability with a focus on effective resource utilization and handling competing priorities under tight deadlines (Project Management Skills). 

  • Understanding of insurance financial statements, key performance indicators, key financial ratios, and business drivers. 

  • Experience in project and team work within an international and dynamic environment. 

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex stakeholder requirements. 

  • Strong analytical skills to effectively absorb information from various sources, analyze data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions. 

  • Excellent presentation skills to visually express and display thoughts and ideas using various tools. 

  • Strong communication skills to clearly and effectively express ideas and messages via speech and writing.
