Purpose

The purpose of the IT Security Analyst role is to protect Idemia’s information systems and data from security threats by implementing and maintaining robust security measures. This role is critical in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets, while also ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The IT Security Analyst will play a key role in identifying potential security risks, developing mitigation strategies, and promoting a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities:

Security Process Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of security policies to ensure they remain current and effective.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures and recommend improvements.
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, PCI-CP, GSMA, and customer audits.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with security policies and regulatory standards.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory audits and compliance checks.
Risk Management:

Identify, assess, and manage security risks to the organization's information assets.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management.
Incident Management:

Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.
Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve security incidents and mitigate future risks.
Document and report on security incidents and the actions taken to address them.
Security Awareness and Training:

Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the Idemia.
Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with sites local IT team and business units to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
Communicate security policies and procedures to all employees.
Provide guidance and support to other teams on security-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about the latest developments in IT security and regulatory compliance.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the organization's security posture.
Participate in professional development activities to enhance personal and team capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
Proven experience in IT security and regulatory compliance.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with occasional on-call duties.
Some travel may be required for training and professional development.
