This is a great opportunity to develop your professional skills, and to gain practical experience and exposure to the world of crisis management. You will be assisting our crisis management subject-matter experts in the planning and preparation of a crisis management planning projects that we will be delivering for several high-profile clients in the UAE.

  • Participate in the writing of crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response plans for a range of clients in the Gulf
  • Conduct research into risk scenarios faced by our clients to identify their resilience needs
  • Participate in the preparation of materials and “injects” for realistic and engaging crisis management exercises scenarios
  • Assist in the delivery of crisis management training exercises to enhance our clients’ readiness
  • Support complex scheduling of project activities and deliverables
  • Support the team in driving awareness of crisis management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline: security, risk management, international relations, cyber-security, information security
  • Previous exposure to crisis management and/or cybersecurity work
  • High IT literacy, experience using MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, to create presentations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent written skills (in English)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn from, and work as part of, a high-functioning team
  • Experience of living and working in the UAE – essential
