In the heart of the company is our own product. As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a passionate and motivated Cyber Security Specialist to join our Security team. The Cyber Security Specialist shall be working closely with internal and external stakeholders in maintaining and implementing security requirements and resolving technical issues.

Is it you we are looking for?

The ideal candidate for the role of Cyber Security Specialist holds a degree from suitable field such as computer science, cyber security or engineering, has a technical background and ability to apply technical expertise in building M-Files security. The person has 2+ years prior working experience in crafting and executing information security initiatives, including capturing and defining requirements and forming them into impactful projects. Our ideal future colleague is a strong communicator with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives according to plan and timeline. The persons prior experience with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27017, CSA CCM, SOC2, NIST) is seen as benefit.

What you will be working on:

• Design and implement cybersecurity procedures and controls and monitor their performance
• Develop security guidelines, lead their implementation and continuous improvement
• Manage security testing and audit activities
• Develop, implement, maintain, upgrade and test cybersecurity products and services
• Provide cybersecurity-related support to internal users, customers and partners
• Work close with other business unites on cybersecurity-related actions
• Participate in security incident process development and vulnerability management activities
• Arrange security trainings and communicate security policies and requirements
