Job Description

Joining the Security team in our Video Product Division, you will : 

• Integrate software security modules on embedded products ;
• Be the owner of the security requirements related to the integration and the certification of the security components ;
• Provide technical leadership, take technical ownership of projects, work with stake holders, develop system specifications, and deliver quality software features to ensure schedules and that objectives are met ;
• Stay abreast of technical area, come up with creative ideas & innovative solutions that can be brought into the product and provide knowledge transfer to fellow team members.

Experience with Linux environment, Android based product architecture, design & development is a must to quickly ramp up and become a key contributor within a team of experienced Embedded software engineers.

Qualifications

• You have 10 years experience in software development, on embedded platforms (Linux) ;

• You have experience with Android SDK or NDK, Android/Linux Build, Android debugger tools like Android studio ;

• You are highly skilled in C/C++/Java and in programming in Linux / Android environnement ;

• Experience in the field of Digital TV is a plus :

  • MPEG and DVB standards

  • Conditional Access System (CAS) and Digital Right Management (DRM)

  • Media streaming protocols – HLS/RTSP/DASH etc.

• Experience in these areas would be added advantage:

  • Android TV ;

  • Third-party libraries and APIs ;

  • working/Integrating the CA (Conditional Access) from Synamedia, Verimatrix, Irdeto… ;

  • DRM - Verimatrix/PlayReady/Marlin/Widewine/Nagra ;

  • orking with different SoC (System on a Chip) architecture like BRCM, Marvel, AM Logic, Qualcomm...;

  • ARM Trust Zone.

• You have a great team spirit, the ability to learn and adpat to new technologies and concepts quickly, and you have knowledge to share. 

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
