phia is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support a Federal Cyber Policy, Intelligence, and Engagement Branch (CPIEB) managing administrative and data functions for the intelligence unit. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to critical cyber intelligence operations while using and further developing your expertise in data management and administrative support within a unique federal agency setting. Requires on-site reporting to Chantilly, VA. Active Top Secret clearance is required. Must be able to obtain SCI CI polygraph. 

What You'll Do

  • Utilize agency job aids, templates, tools, and procedures to assist intelligence units in tracking and reporting daily and weekly production.
  • Manage, produce, and communicate reports, metrics, dashboards, and other materials from electronic data, ensuring intelligence unit validation.
  • Track and update required information in program production tracking systems, including production against intelligence units' plans.
  • Support production and coordination functions for intelligence units' products and reports, including researching, maintaining, and updating product metadata, facilitating the upload of intelligence products into Sentinel or other SIEM platforms, and ensuring appropriate case files, tags, authorship, and other agency requirements are met.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, SharePoint sites, rosters, organizational charts, and other collateral documentation.
  • Build, organize, and maintain electronic data files (including target folders, threat strategies, production plans, etc.).
  • Assist intelligence units in documenting, consolidating, organizing, and deconflicting intelligence, action items, and responses for various outputs (e.g., meeting notes, Talking Points, data calls).
  • Support the development of functional requirements documentation for potential data management tools.
  • Develop and support executing project and communication plans related to intelligence program initiatives.
  • As assigned, develop and maintain SOPs, informational materials, and methodology documentation.
  • Support Branch executives and others as assigned with administrative needs, including calendar management, scheduling, communications, and general office tasks.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth operations and maintain standardized processes and best practices across the program.

Education + Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least one year of experience managing and producing reports from electronic data.
  • At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Strong editorial and grammar skills with at least one year of experience in copyediting, print-publishing, or other formalized writing responsibilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with one year of experience working in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Web content management demonstrated by one year of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.

Security Clearance Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active Top Secret clearance
  • Must be able to obtain SCI CI polygraph
