Director Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Taking global responsibility for governance, risk management, information security, contract management and compliance 

• Identifying, developing, defining and implementing GRC (governance, risk & compliance) sustainable structures and processes, including the implementation of control mechanisms, regular reporting and the planning, execution and management of audits and ad hoc controls

• Definition and implementation of measures to increase awareness of complicance-relevant topics 

• Systematic analysis and assessment of business risks and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures introduced 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree with a focus on business administration or law

• 5-7 years experience in a comparable function 

• Certification of Complicance skills   

• Very good analytical and conceptual skills

• Fluent in English and German

• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
