Job Description

Tasks:

• This Product and Service Owner role is focused on the lifecycle management of our Cloud Compliance Monitoring for the SAP Cloud as platform and IT applications and solutions running on the platform.
• The Product and Service Owner coordinates the definitions, processes and implementation of the compliance checks for the product in cooperation with the stakeholders.
• Additionally the Product and Service Owner coordinates the assessments and definitions of recommendations for security guidelines in line with central Bosch regulations for IT security for new services provided by SAP.
• You orchestrate the collaboration of other responsible roles for the IT product/service during its entire lifecycle (strategy, plan, build, deploy, run and phase out)
• You are the first point of contact for internal customers and supplier of your product/service. In your role, you maintain a close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders in order to fulfill customer’s requirements.
• You will ensure proper financing for your product/service, contracting of necessary resources (internal contracting, infrastructure, external service providers if necessary, licenses)
• You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring performance of your product.

Qualifications

Profile:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in IT product and service delivery
• Experience in IT security, preferably in protecting SAP Cloud environment
• Experience with establishing and managing IT operations according to ITIL
• Experience with establishing and negotiating SLA for IT services/products
• Experience with planning and controlling of budget for IT services/products
• Strong presentation, verbal communication and written communications skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional team
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Fluent English
