We are seeking individuals at the Consultant to Senior Consultant level to join our Tech Divisions, with the below skillsets:

Technology Advisory

  • A strong interest in expanding your career in Technology consulting and in supporting business to maximise their technology investments.
  • Experience in either a professional technology delivery role, technology consulting, business technology management, technology project management or management consulting role. 
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication, with proven ability to deliver written deliverable’s including reports and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member within a collaborative team environment. To support senior team members and take on specific engagement roles and deliverables.
  • Should have some skills and familiarity with the all aspects of a project including ability to facilitate workshops, influence/ guide key stakeholders and support team members
  • Some experience performing analysis and participating projects in two or more of the following disciplines:
  • Business requirements and problem analysis
  • IT Architecture
  • Technology Infrastructure (including cloud)
  • Agile delivery methods (in particular CICD / DevOps)
  • Strategy development (business and/or technology)
  • IT Operating model design and implementation
  • IT Operations and process improvement
  • IT service management
  • IT Project Management
  • You will be able to demonstrate the ability to apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to complex and ambiguous problems
  • Appropriate tertiary qualification/s.
  • Experience at a Management Consultancy firm in a similar capacity is viewed favourably.
  • Existing baseline security clearance is viewed favourably.

  • To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience should include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Government security principles, the ISM, DSPF, PSPF, ISO27001 and NIST.
  • Solid presentation skills including an ability to articulate deeply complex technical issues to senior/executive/board level audience.
  • Proven relationship building and maintenance skills.
  • A background in IT consulting, IT audit, Risk Management or Cyber Security
  • Tertiary qualification (preferably technology, commerce or similar) and Post-grad qualifications such as CISM/CISSP. Our senior team mostly have master’s degree, and some have PhD’s.
  • Experience in sales, client delivery and team leadership with an ability to work across multiple teams, delivery groups and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in management consulting or an industry role working across geographies would be preferred.
  • You ideally should hold an NV1 clearance or above or have the ability to gain government security clearance.

Cyber Defence

We are seeking Senior Consultants who are passionate about technology risk and cyber with a background in cyber security assessments (penetration testing). You'll work closely with clients to evaluate their technology environment and provide advice and recommendations to enable them to improve their ability to respond to cyber risks and threats.

  • Demonstrated client service excellence
  • A background in Cyber Security consulting
  • A tertiary qualification (preferably technology)
  • Industry penetration testing qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills including an ability to articulate deeply complex technical issues to a senior/executive/board level audience.
  • You bring in consulting skills and gain experience in multiple range of emerging technology services such as IoT, Blockchain.
  • Understanding and management of risk in technology through designing and implementing effective controls over technology assets.
  • Experience in enhancing clients' business resilience
  • security assessment or security architecture experience
  • Preferable network and application penetration testing qualifications (e.g. CEH, OSCP, SANS GPEN, or relevant vendor qualifications are desirable).

Technology Risk and Assurance

  • Collaboratively planning and scoping engagements.
  • Managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Delivery of engagements on-time, within budget and satisfying all aspects of the plan, which includes:
  • Analysing client information to formulate findings and recommendations.
  • Writing reports to communicate and document the findings of our work.
  • Supporting the Partner with business development activities, such as collaboratively developing proposals for new business.

Technology Implementation

  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex IT projects with many dependencies and stakeholders and multiple cross-functional teams contributing to the success of the program.
  • Demonstrated experiences architecting and delivering integrations with at least two of the following:
  • MuleSoft or other solutions (e.g., IBM, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, RedHat Fuse, etc.)
  • API Management solutions (AWS, Azure, MuleSoft API Manager, Axway, Mashery, Apigee, etc)
  • One or more on-premises/SaaS packaged COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) solutions for ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, or mobile (e.g. Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configurations and definition/evangelism of best practices/standards
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients while leading internal initiatives to grow organisation practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting complex business requirements while evangelising integration methodologies and supporting business case justification to C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with DevOps CI/CD concept
  • Dynamics 365 (CE) platform implementation experience
  • MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) Certification and a can do attitude
  • An innovative mindset and passion for problem solving enabled through technology
  • Work with a professional Tier 1 consulting environment
  • Highly experienced practitioner with hands on design of complex solutions  
  • Degree in Computer Science, or engineering discipline with relevant industry experience and certification (TOGAF certification is desirable)
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT, preferably with 2+ years as a Cloud Architect.
  • Practical experience in the design and implementation of public cloud platforms Microsoft Azure (mandatory), Amazon Web Services (highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps and associated deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with core infrastructure-related areas such as Active Directory, VMware virtualisation, SAN, and backups (mandatory).
  • Experience with the development of technology architectures (e.g. storage, network, compute) (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) including SSO.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, debugging and tracing on cloud platform.
  • Significant experience in the end-to-end project life cycle – including high level architecture, detailed design & implementation.

Salary Range: $60k - $80k+
