As Security Strategy Stakeholder Analyst, Stakeholder Engagement, the candidate will act as an Intake Lead for our Cyber Security Strategy and Solutions (CS3) organization. As the Intake Lead, the candidate will play a critical role in managing the intake process for security service requests and ensuring efficient coordination within our organization.

The primary responsibility will be to triage, prioritize, and assign incoming security service requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of security services. This candidate will report to the Senior Director, Security Strategy & Engagement.  

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming security service requests from clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Receive, review, and triage incoming requests, ensuring complete and accurate information is captured.

  • Analyze and prioritize service requests based on urgency, impact, and available resources.

  • Assign service requests to appropriate team members considering their skillset, availability, and workload.

  • Monitor the progress of service requests and proactively communicate updates to clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve any conflicts or resource constraints that may arise during the intake process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, ensuring proper documentation of all relevant information.

  • Provide periodic reports and metrics related to the intake process, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

  • Continuously assess and refine the intake process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings as applicable.

  • Oversee and report on the lifecycle of projects and security services to ensure timelines and security capabilities meet project objectives.

Basic qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the security services industry.

  • Knowledge of security services, including but not limited to cybersecurity, incident response, threat intelligence, and risk management.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to information handling.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in security service management.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and proven experience in conveying direction effectively and clearly to both highly technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Ability to work across boundaries, both organisationally and geographically.

  • Jira and PowerBI experience are desirable.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science

  • CISM, CISSP, CPP

  • Experience in global manufacturing, pharma, and/or a life sciences company
