Cyber Security Governance & Compliance Lead

Job Description:

Proves value of new technologies to establish business case. Updates the company guidelines and policies regarding the use of a specific technology or methodology.

Drives the update of the learning framework based on the known technology.

Advises on specific topics related to the technology and/or methodology.

Monitors technology and/or methodology trends and support the teams to apply these within the Airbus Environment.

Guides and supports the selection of the appropriate technologies and/or methodologies.

Monitors technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge.

Able to make recommendations for buy versus build decisions.

Strategic Development: Create comprehensive strategies for cybersecurity adoption, tailored to organizational needs and goals with advanced strategic planning. ● Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to integrate cybersecurity practices into daily operations. ● Training and Awareness: Develop and conduct engaging training programs for employees at all levels to enhance cybersecurity awareness and practices. ● Adoption Monitoring: Regularly assess and report on the progress and effectiveness of cybersecurity adoption initiatives. ● Conflict & Stress Management: Identify and address any barriers or challenges to adoption, implementing solutions to overcome resistance. ● Policy Implementation: Contribute to the development and updating of cybersecurity policies and procedures. ● Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives. ● Technology Implementation: Oversee the rollout of new security technologies and ensure smooth integration into existing systems.
