Purchasing Analyst

ISS STOXX is currently seeking a qualified professional to join our company in the Procurement function. The position will be based in our Prague office. Candidates will have strong hands-on experience in the purchasing and procurement process. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience while working with a global team in a challenging yet fun work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact for vendor onboarding.

• Provide assistance to the Business in managing ongoing projects and contracting processes.

• Monitoring of Consultancy contracting terms and spendings.

• Coordinate communication between stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to internal requirements (Tax, Accounting, Legal and GRC)

• Support proper order history tracking and further vendor statistics.

• Proactively communicate with vendors.

• Collect contract signatures and approvals, and distribute invoices.

• Respond to internal and external Procurement queries.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work in an international team.

• Ability to effectively lead work within diverse cross-functional teams.

• Microsoft Office user.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Open minded, proactive, highly organized personality with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of SAP and ServiceNow is a plus.
