ABOUT THE ROLE

The Applications Administrator will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and optimizing our software applications to ensure seamless operation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, application management, and a commitment to ensuring high levels of application availability and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Install, configure, and deploy software applications across various
  • Maintain application configurations and settings, ensuring they align with organizational
  • Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and implement performance
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure optimal application
  • Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities and cyber
  • Ensure applications comply with industry regulations, licensing agreements, and security
  • Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans for
  • Ensure data integrity and availability in case of
  • Provide user support and training for applications, assisting with troubleshooting and issue
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting
  • Keep software applications up to date by applying patches, updates, and new versions as
  • Collaborate with software vendors to report and resolve issues, request technical support, and manage licensing agreements.
  • Work closely with other IT teams, software developers, and business units to understand application requirements and ensure integration.

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of related professional experience
  • Proven experience as an Applications Administrator or similar role
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of application deployment, configuration, and
  • Familiarity with system administration, networking, and security best
  • Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools is a
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a

The salary range for this position is $42.01 - $52.52 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances. We have paid time off, flex-time summer hours, remote work options and a 401k plan and employee perk programs.
