About the role:

Leads multiple teams headed by Cyber security managers or supervisors. Contributes to the design, development and implementation of countermeasures, system integration, and tools specific to Cyber and Information Operations. May prepare and presents technical reports and briefings. May perform documentation, vetting and weaponize of identified vulnerabilities for operational use.

Job Description:  

• 17 + years of total experience and strong expertise in Cyber security Domain Leads, designs and develops new systems, applications, and solutions for Cyber security platforms Leads the integration of new Cyber architectural features into existing infrastructures.

• Leads architectural analysis of Cyber security solutions and relates existing systems to future needs and trends.

• Recommends incident response procedures and researches potential network vulnerabilities.

• Assesses and resolves user access queries related to security controls. Leads identity access management initiatives internally.

• Supervises internal and external cyber audits. May interact with external parties as it relates to cyber regulations.

• Strong people management and stakeholder experience.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Governance risk and compliance: Program governance, Audits- NIST, ISO, Cobit, Risk Management – TPRM(Third party risk Management)

• Experience in Identity access Management (Okta, Sail point ,Beyond trust) Active directory, Privilege Access Management. User Access review

• Good expertise on Cloud Fusion Centre (CFC) -  Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability test, Penetration test, SOC, XSOAR.

• Well expertise on Security architecture and engineering- Required Cloud expertise, controls, Project Management, Vendor Management

Basic Qualifications:

• Any Graduation or Equivalent

• Strong People Management Experience

• Qualified experience in Cyber security domain and any relevant certification are added advantage.
