Our Purpose

With significant growth and a brand new strategy, Our Cybersecurity Leadership team are looking for a General Manager to join us.

As a General Manager you'll help drive our strategy and take ownership for the growth and success of your line of business - Cybersecurity Management and Assurances Services.

This will span everything from go to market, solutioning expertise, ways of working strategy, technology adoption and innovation. You will guide a team of experts to realise their potential and truly help our customers to realise our value of ‘thrive together’.

This rare opportunity means you’ll work collaboratively with our Security Consulting Leadership team and wider business stakeholders to enable our people, identify opportunities to grow and differentiate the business, as well as mature our offerings.

About the Role

The General Manager – Cybersecurity Management and Assurance Services is responsible for developing and implementing strategy and business plans for their functional area in line with the broader Datacom direction. The role will oversee daily business activities, including working alongside colleagues in sales and customer teams, to deliver against the plans.

About you:

  • You’ll be able to demonstrate strong leadership and general management experience driving people and business growth with a positive culture of delivery excellence and connectedness.
  • You will be passionate about Cybersecurity, emerging technology, business transformation, and solving customer challenges.
  • You’ll understand the positive business impact of maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers and development of new ones and improvement in customer relationships
  • You'll have a strong drive to innovate and explore new opportunities in service development with an eye for where we can differentiate ourselves in the market.
  • You'll have significant experience in successfully applying technology to enable more effective ways of working and organisational outcomes.
  • You’ll effectively drive market development to improve brand recognition, build revenue, increase profitability and support the acquisition of new customers
  • You'll know that successful technology and service adoption requires people and process enablement.
  • You’ll be commercially astute and have a reputation for delivery where joint value is realised
  • You’ll be someone who can harness thought leadership and innovation to deliver pragmatic and differentiating solutions for our customers.
  • You’ll care deeply about the experience our customers have with us from discovery to design to delivery, with a knack for keeping the business problem we’re solving front and centre.
