Job Profile Summary 
Use skills, experience and talent to help Key grow an effective information security program by analyzing, assessing, and helping mitigate security issues.
Applicant will assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity/third party security plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance.
Applicant must have a background in financial services, risk management or security disciplines and solutions. Applicant must also possess excellent presentation, writing, communication, and customer interface skills.


Essential job Functions

  • Develop, update, and follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures to specific issues.
  • Prepare security reports that identify technical and procedural findings; provide recommended remediation strategies/solutions.
  • Present technical information to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to perform in-depth security reviews.
  • Collaborate with business partners on the security risk assessment process to address compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Review system-related information security documentation for compliance with established standards.
  • Partner with counsel to review information security sections of business partner contracts.

Manage security incidents and breaches in conjunction with management, counsel, and other business units.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in cybersecurity, risk management or third-party management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security or related field; or relevant work experience.
  • Professional security certification (or working towards) desired (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.).
  • Third party security/ risk management experience in financial service industry.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to security and financial services.

  • Basic understanding of security threats, vulnerabilities, and how that relates to the financial industry.
  • Ability to understand computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies. 
  • Cybersecurity and privacy principles.
  • Strong risk-based analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Results oriented, a team player, and self-starter with ability to work with general direction.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to travel to third party locations (less than 10%).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance. Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment.
