Job Description

• Monitor logs, events, alerts for security issues
• Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents
• Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including IDS/IPS, vulnerability management etc.
• Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause
• Work with the security team to perform tests and uncover vulnerabilities
• Assist and Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
• Stay current on IT security trends and news Participate in company-wide best practices for IT security
• Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security or a related field
• Experience with cloud architecture, designs and techniques. AWS experience preferred
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
• Good understanding of Industry best practices for for cyber security
• Ability to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them
