Job Description

This role’s primary responsibility is to ensure that data privacy principles are implemented into all areas of Publicis’ business in the UK market.  The position will coordinate across senior-level business, engineering, and system administration stakeholders to implement data privacy by design and default into existing and future proprietary systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementing and managing the Data Privacy Program for the Publicis Media agencies alongside the Global Data Privacy Program Lead, in close coordination with the country CFO.
  • Collaborate closely with Publicis Groupe´s Global Data Privacy Office, as well as the Global Security Office to ensure alignment between Groupe´s global cyber security and privacy and data protection practices and programs.
  • Serve as one of the data privacy subject matter experts with a focus on UK privacy and data protection laws and regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will posses,       

5+ years’ experience within the adtech and digital media industry,  with experience of collating and preparing Subject Access Request disclosures.

  • . Ideally 3 years of these are data privacy related experience with a focus on data privacy and protection laws, regulations and best practices.
  • One Trust experience essential
  • IAPP certification(s) (e.g. CIPP,CIPP/E, CIPM) or willingness to become certified.
  • Stays informed on the evolving data privacy landscape to (a) understand the potential impacts on media´s business offerings; and (b) to design and implement the necessary corrective actions in relation to the team’s/Publicis Media’s current operations, processes and tools to remain compliant.
