We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Access Engineer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will  continue to develop a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy focusing on modern solutions such as Okta, introducing new layers to our ever evolving zero trust architecture. Alongside this you would be responsible for maintaining SOX & ITGC compliance in your respective field; while working alongside Senior colleagues to develop RBAC and lifecycle automations wherever possible.
The role will be based in London and report into our WPT Engineering Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage the identity and access management solutions using Okta.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, ITGC, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for identity and access management that support zero trust security principles.
  • Automate IAM tasks through scripting and other automation tools like Okta Workflows.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to align IAM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff on IAM policies and tools.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting IAM

Experience We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management roles, with at least 2 years using Okta.
  • Strong understanding of SOX & ITGC compliance, zero trust security models, lifecycle management, privilege access management, least privilege, RBAC & ABAC principles.
  • Knowledgeable about GDPR, data privacy and PII.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages such as Python or similar.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive IAM policies and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

About You

  • Certifications such as CISSP, or relevant Okta certifications.
  • Experience with other IAM tools and frameworksKnowledge of additional programming or scripting languages.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their native IAM tools.
  • Experience using PKI infrastructure to secure digital assets
