Data Security Analyst

Telesign is seeking a Data Security Analyst for identifying and subsequently defining Telesign customers’ required tests, monitoring the test coverage, and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the Telesign Services.The Data Security Analyst will be gathering and managing the Test Data. Evaluating the outcome of each test cycle to drive revenue by providing actionable analysis towards our customers and building the right templates and automation across the organization. The position requires the ability to execute product testing and analysis that map to a specific customer’s proposed use case(s), rendering a comprehensive analysis of the customer data and testing results. These testing and analysis will drive our customer selling process and provide deep understanding on how best to implement and deploy the Telesign offerings specific to the customer environment. Strong problem solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential to this role.

Key responsibilities:

• Author technical responses and specifications to request for Proposals and Security Reviews
• Act as a technical point of contact with the client during the pre-sales phase.
  Assist with PoC’s and batch testing of Telesign Services.
• Work closely with Product and Data Science teams to understand the fundamentals of our data services and translate them into clear analysis for our customers.
• Assist in developing training and process improvement initiatives for Digital Identity Experts and supporting teams.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how existing Telesign customers use Telesign solutions and maintain technical and business expertise in industry directions and trends.

Essential Requirements:

• Deep experience/knowledge in security, fraud prevention or telecommunications space is a must.
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Mathematics.
• Use of Tableau, Excel and other analytics tools is a must.
• Using various coding languages also a plus. 
• Proven ability to master new technology and application domains (e.g. web, consumer, enterprise, mobility).
• “Start-up Style" creativity and execution and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to see and present "the big picture" through strong analytics and question-based skills.
• Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting.
