Infrastructure/Cloud Security Engineer

Reporting to Co-Founder & CISO, the Infrastructure / Cloud Security Engineer will own the process of managing the security of our evolving systems across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
The Infrastructure / Cloud Security Engineer will partner closely with our Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure our systems are designed securely and scalability.

What you’ll achieve

• Create secure defaults for engineers to deploy secure systems in our cloud environments
• Introduce proactive cloud security and privacy controls with a defense-in-depth mindset
• Maintain existing compliance controls and enable Weights & Biases to achieve new certifications
• Review changes to terraform made by the engineering teams with an eye for security.
• Streamline secrets and credential management
• Just-in-time access to cloud resources
• Remediating cloud misconfigurations and ensuring they don't happen again
• Implementing DLP controls in the cloud

What we’re looking for

• Experience writing and deploying infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform
• Experience working in a multi-cloud environment (we use GCP, AWS, and Azure)
• Experience with IAM fundamentals
• Experience with secrets management
• Experience with containerized environments, preferably Kubernetes
