Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Manager – Defense Operations - OAM (Operations, Administration, & Maintenance) who will be responsible and accountable for Operations, Administration, Maintenance of systems under Management (“Managed Devices, Controls and Systems”). This responsibility includes OAM of Customers and Customer Assets under Management, ensuring Managed Assets are ready for service and optimized at the point of Service Commencement.


This role is also an escalation point for Urgent or Critical tasks, issues, requests, and changes affecting Assets under management.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and development of security controls management capability, including optimization of people, process and systems.
  • Act as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders; Delegate authority and activities where required and appropriate.
  • Work with internal peers and external stakeholders to achieve effective and sustainable implementation and delivery of controls and associated services.
  • Support and execute the service transition process; work with peers to effectively transition customers and infrastructure into operations.
  • People and performance management, including delegation of activities for performance management; soliciting, gathering and processing feedback for direct reports; 1:1 conversation with direct reports to support ongoing development of individuals.
  • Work pro-actively and collaboratively with cyber defense team to mitigate, contain and respond to cyber security incidents using assets under management to meet or exceed agreed OLAs and SLAs.
  • 24x7 On-call for critical or urgent activities as required.
  • Creation, optimization and documentation of processes, procedures and workflow; tracking and reporting of SLAs, KPIs and OLAs.
  • Initiate, support and manage problems, issues, risks and compliance activities.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a closely related degree.
  • Extensive skills in Security Controls Management, Security Operations, Managed Services.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA (or equivalent experience).
  • ITIL Accreditation (or relevant experience).
  • Customer and Team-focused attitude.
  • Expert skills in usage of Office 365.
  • Solid technical skills and understanding in Information Security Technologies: SIEM, EDR, NDR/NBAD, UEBA/UBAD, Cloud Security (Azure), Vulnerability Management.
  • Knowledge and technical understanding of the following security technologies: NGFW, WAF, PAM, SD-WAN, DDoS, SOAR, DLP.
  • Knowledge of Managed Services, Cyber Security Concepts and Standards; Demonstrated experience in effectively managing Controls deployed at a client site, in the Cloud or alternate location.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
