Job Description

We have an incredible opportunity for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platform Support Analyst!

You’ll be joining a dynamic, hands-on team helping to support technology-based changes within the security environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone like you, with a keen interest in Cyber Security

    What you'll be doing:

    • Liaising with different business teams to support the uptake of security platforms
    • Supporting and implementing technology changes to platforms such as IdentityNow and ServiceNow
    • Training to support the Identity Now access management solution, with a view to train to move into a more technical development role
    • Reviewing controls and reporting any risks identified within your day to day activities
    • Supporting and analysing issues across mainframe, Wintel and database environments

    Qualifications

    Who we're looking for:

    • Previous experience in areas such as identity lifecycle management, access management, single sign-on, identity federation, privileged access management, access certification – although if you simply have a passion for one of these areas we will train you further!
    • Strong analytical skills and experience in development
    • Knowledge of at least two of the following technologies is required Powershell, API’s/  REST, SQL Server, Linux command line and tools such as Putty/ Filezilla and Postman
    • Someone that isn’t afraid to ask questions if they are unsure of the solution – the team are more than happy to help
    • Sailpoint and/or mainframe experience would be a huge plus!
