Job Description Role: Lead Technology Analyst - Cyber Security Description: The Lead Technology Analyst - CyberSecurity will be an integral part of the Information Management (IM) function under Local Security. He/she will be a part of team DSDA/B (IM Cyber Security Architecture & Consulting). He/she is a key person in charge of providing Cyber security consultancy, guidance and support to business projects. She/He has to liaise with all IM Product managers and solution architects in India ,Airbus remote offices and affiliates. About the team and the Role TheTechnology Analyst - CyberSecurity will be in charge of providing CyberSecurity Architecture consultancy to the business projects and different IM Domains like Infra Security,Cloud,IDAM,SaaS Applications,etc and contribute to the roll-out of the Security-by-Design framework on Airbus perimeter. This includes providing security expertise, collaborative definition of security measures and paradigms ,ensuring fine balance between cyber security and operational feasibility.As IM Technology Analyst - CyberSecurity you will : ● Have a collaborative mindset, and be a real team player (motivated & motivational ) ● Challenge traditional ways of thinking and propose new ideas ● Provide professional cybersecurity consultancy and advisory to business projects ● Adopt and promote security-by-design approach with different projects stakeholders ● Proactively contribute to the business solutions’ design and architecture ● Design and architect following a comprehensive Risk-based methodology.This includes reviewing Architecture Document. ● Manage publication of IM Security Standards and BluePrints in Airbus Group worldwide context ● with Product managers, architects, and operational people and security experts. ● Act as the IT/IS Security focal point in his/her domain. ● Ensure the good reporting for her/his activity. ● Stay abreast of emerging security technologies and trends to proactively address security challenges 1 Qualification & Experience: ● Bachelor to Master Degree in a Technical/IT discipline or equivalent experience ● Expert on (more than 4) following technologies domains: Windows security Linux/Unix/MacOs/Android security Kubernetes/dockers/containers security Public cloud Azure/AWS/GCP security Mainframe (Z/Os family) security Crypto / PKI / HSM / vaults 3DX/Catia security SAP authorization SAP Basis security PLM /windchill security Identity and access management (IAM, MFA, SSO, ID Federation etc.) Bastion security GCP/G Suite security Virtualization security (Hypervisors, VDI etc.) Storage security ZeroTrust & Network security Active directory security ★ At Least 8 + years of hands-on experience in Cyber Security domain. ★ Hands-on experience on AWS/Azure, Firewalls, Bastion, SIEM, DLP, IAM,MFA/UFA, EDR, Encryption, antimalware, MPLS/SD WAN, IDS/IPS, proxies , HSMs,DevOps, ★ Demonstrable consultative approach through internal or external organizations with customer centric approach. ★ Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM etc would be preferable, not mandatory. ★ Ability to tackle yes/no situations of a large range of security topics from network systems, Applications, Data and Digital Capabilities. ★ Security Audit and risk management,threat modeling. ★ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ★ Excellent Organizational and interpersonal skills. Work by influence with the ability to collaborate with a multi-functional team. 2 Success Metrics: As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are: ★ Understand Airbus business and process to exchange with Security Risk & mitigation aspects. ★ Grasp and understand Cyber vulnerabilities to connect them to risk ★ Work in MFT (Multi functional Team) inside and outside IM for an End 2 End perspective ★ Plan and commit on recommendations follow-up ★ Contribute to cyber risk avoidance ★ Agile mind-set, collaborative way of working, quick reaction in case of operational issues, SLA ★ Fulfillment & service availability ★ Effective Coordination and Successful Collaboration with the transnational team members ★ Customer-first mindset, Assertiveness and effective Crisis Management capabilities. ★ Effective conflict & Stakeholder management ★ Frugal mindset with a better together attitude. 3
