Description

Currently, Airbus is looking for a Security Analyst, to join the Cybersecurity for Extended Enterprise team in Bangalore, India location.

He/She will be part of the Digital function and will be responsible for the day to day application security analysis and exchange with the application owner.

The successful candidate will be part of a Security Analysts team and will assess the applications, in terms of cybersecurity compliance, before externalization. He/She will also have to open security exemptions to follow compliance until remediation, when needed.

He/She will be under the responsibility of the Service Delivery Manager in India for operational follow-up and delivery.

He/She could also be involved in other tasks related to Security for Extended Enterprise activities.

Security for Extended Enterprise is improving digital cybersecurity maturity and effectiveness on affiliates, suppliers and customers. Its missions are to reduce overall Group risk exposure and to ensure a secure collaboration from a global end-to-end vision from suppliers to customers.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with 5+ years of experience in IT, Cyber or equivalent field.

  • Expert level:

    • System architecture and Network architecture

    • Network Security (policies, processes and practices adapted to analyst accesses)

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (like Firewalls, VDI, NAC, Bastion, DLP, IAM, MFA, antimalware, IDS/IPS, proxies,...)

    • Knowledge of cyber security standards controls & framework (NIST, ISO 27001, ...)

    • Analytical skills (analyze data and think critically)

    • Structured mindset and ability to follow an established process

    • Parallelisation of tasks

    • Proactive and can-do attitude

  • Intermediate level

    • Communication (verbal and written) and professional networking skills

    • Capability to understand and deliver new business and customer requirements in the Digital domain

  • Other:

    • Knowledge of Airbus

    • Knowledge of Aerospace domain (desirable but not mandatory)

    • Tools: FENCE, Jira and/or Confluence knowledge is a plus


 

Tasks & Accountabilities

As the successful candidate your main tasks & accountabilities are:

  • Read and understand architecture documents of business applications

  • Perform technical meetings with Application Managers to dig on specific topics

  • Perform cybersecurity assessments of Airbus applications, according to the latest Airbus Corporate Security standards, directives, tools and processes

  • Perform risks evaluation assessment for each non-compliance identified and recommend changes or enhancements

  • Track and follow-up the implementation of remediation action plans

  • Communicate with different Airbus Stakeholders and product owners to implement/adapt security services/products within business solutions

  • Prepare documentation related to these assessments (minutes of meetings, reports)

  • Contribute to the Cybersecurity for Extended Enterprise operational activities and manage End to End associated processes

  • • Ensure Airbus infrastructure and solutions follow the latest security standards, systems and authentication protocols, and best practice security products

  • Provide overall status and updates through associated trackers and tools
