Our team is responsible for bridging to life delightful user experiences to differentiate Lacework service position in the market as an integrated cloud security platform. You will play a key role in building and bring to life key User journeys within Lacework Cloud Security Platform working closely with product and developers. 



What we are looking for :

 

We are looking for a Technical Director, Product Management with product management background along with a working knowledge as a security analyst or former member of a InfoSec SecOps team who will lead the definition and development of Lacework’s  Cloud security solutions



In this role, you will build the ecosystem activity based security insights on Lacework’s Polygraph data platform, define requirements, collaborate with cross functional stakeholders across the company  to deliver solutions and evangelize the vision with customers, partners, and at major industry forums and events. This is a hybrid role required to have a hands-on approach of managing a team while owning specific product initiatives. 

  • Lead the Product Management team to assess market opportunities and define new products and services specific to ecosystem activity integrations and produce security insights.
  • Responsible for developing requirements, working with engineering teams to deliver those capabilities to the market
  • Partnering closely with the marketing and field teams to provide technical enablement and training.
  • Working closely with cloud providers, technology vendors and partners to develop integrations for  security workflows, automation and data integrations.
  • Lead, develop, mentor and inspire a small team of product managers while also acting as a direct owner of a specific product portfolio . 
  • Ability to set clear goals, manage project loads and allocate resources ensuring deadlines are met and setting up team members for overall success.

 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record building teams, delivering successful security solutions to the market and will have deep domain knowledge security operations, compliance, threat detection, SIEM, Incident detection and response , and cloud security use cases.




Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

 

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience in cloud security, SIEM, UEBA, or endpoint security products (EDR, Cloud workload & Container security).
  • 3+ years working as a Director Product Management managing security or saas products
  • Strong Knowledge of IaaS and PaaS technologies and experience with leading cloud providers like AWS, Azure or Google.
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level, launching new product successfully
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen; well-honed influencing skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a dispersed team.
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks simultaneously.  
  • BA/BS technical degree - Technical Marketing and Sales Engineering  experiences preferred.
  • Security certifications as CISSP, CISM  desirable.
