Role Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the company's IT budget and planning, infrastructure, network and telecommunication, security, application management, help desk, and project functions. Besides to ensures the smooth operation of IT services and implements innovative solutions to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion such as ensure delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage the network and telecommunication infrastructure to ensure robust and efficient communication systems.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business growth and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions with business processes.
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets.
• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Monitor IT expenditures and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers.
• Oversee the applications team, ensuring efficient management and support of enterprise applications such as Oracle, SharePoint, Python-based systems, and other relevant software.
• Oversee the help desk function to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues for end-users.
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards as well as align with business objectives and mitigate risks.
• Identify specific opportunities for IT networks, securities, and telecommunications improvements and perform necessary upgrades and enhancements to increase systems performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to IT governance policies and practices.
• Provide guidance and support to the applications team in the development, maintenance, and optimization of business-critical applications.
• Understand, stay updated, and ensure compliance with the roles and regulations of the Government of Indonesia related to IT.
• Understand and ensure the IT procurement process comply with industry standards and regulations, including PTK007 regulations.
• Evaluate technical proposals and project plans from internal and 3rd parties/vendors.
• Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and services.
• Demonstrate HSSE commitment in any activities starting from an initial plan until completion and actively participate in any Company HSSE initiatives.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum bachelors degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) is a plus.
• Minimum of 10+ years of IT management experience with experience as an IT Manager in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proficiency with IT Architecture, Server Virtualization, Active Directory, Data Center & DRC Establishment & Management, IT Network, Security, and Telecommunications, and Geo-Science technical software.
• Demonstrated success in leading IT projects and teams.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of:

        -  IT governance frameworks, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies as well as best practices.
        -  Industry-specific software and applications used in the Oil and Gas sector.
        -  The roles and regulations of the Government of Indonesia related to IT.

• Experience overseeing applications teams, particularly those working with Oracle, SharePoint, Python, and other enterprise-level software.
• Experience in implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT enterprise solutions is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with the procurement process in the Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia, including PTK007 regulations.
