The Challenge

We are looking for someone to lead all Security Engineering and Operations program functions for OneTrust, including multiple audits and certifications annually. This role is also responsible for vendor solutions, engineering processes, operational security monitoring, and incident response.

Your Mission

The ideal candidate is able to lead a team of engineers along with security operations analysts.  They will be vital in maturing program process and procedure.  You will measures quality of work and performance indicators to ensure resources are applied to the right places along with directing resources to complete security initiatives, manage incident response processes and activities, and key vendor relationships

You Are

This a team player who can collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and other teams to mature the compliance process. You’re able to execute given high-level direction and ask good questions as a result of your “learner’s mindset.

Your Experience Includes

• Managing engineering projects, completing them on time and on budget
• Managing security operations, ensuring monitoring is effective and adequate for the size and scope of the company
• Managing security incident response to effectively react and recover from cyber incidents
• Technology oriented: You may not be the only hands involved in a project, but you don’t mind getting involved and have deep understanding of current trends and technologies
• A Relationship builder: Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit, as well as with leadership and functional teams
• A Strategic thinker: Ability to map joint organizational vision and long-term thinking, imagination, and idea generation
• Detail oriented with an eye for quality
• College BS/BA degree, progressive educational certificate, or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in Information Security
• 6+ years of experience in engineering or SOC management role
• 6+ years as a people leader
