Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer Project Manager, to join our team supporting Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This position will work primarily in our client office in Philadelphia, PA 

Job Summary:

This position is specifically responsible for program management, engineering, technical, and logistics support for Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment on U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers. This position will provide analytical support for Cyber program managers and project leads across the division. This support will include, attending RMF Bi-Weekly Plan of Action Milestones, (POAM) Status meetings, completing cyber POAM technical code download and updating status, Track Risk Management Framework (RMF) spending, support development, taking minutes for Ad-Hoc Meeting Support, Updating completed tasks in the cyber workload planner, Track spending and adding information into spreadsheets, Schedule bi-weekly status meetings with tech codes to report status on projects. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of programmatic and financial support experience 

  • 3+ years of experience, concurrently with above, in providing high level graphics support, database creation using MS Access, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and premier software; management, financial, and funding analysis, production of technical manuals and production books  

  • Experience with cybersecurity and the RMF process 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office including Access, Project, and Visio 

  • Experience with U.S. Navy programs, organizations, and functions 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with financial management including exposure to Test Procedure Specification (TPSs) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and funding analysis 

  • Additional Software skills to support cybersecurity 

  • ISSM experience 

  • Security+ CE and CISSP certifications preferred 

  • Program Analysis experience including financial analysis, brief preparation, meeting coordination, POAM management, and action item tracking 

Security Requirements: 

  • US Citizenship and a currently active US Secret Clearance 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% 

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc 

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer 

  • Often positions self to maintain computers in the lab, including under the desks and in the server closet 

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations 

The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
