The SonicWall team is looking for a motivated individual to join us in India. We are currently looking for a Solution Engineer (Virtual) supporting SonicWall solutions including Next-Generation Firewalls, Secure Mobile Access, Email Security, Endpoint, Cloud Access Security, Wireless and Central Management & Reporting products. This dynamic role works with partners, customers, and prospects to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Location: Any Metro City in India

 Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted advisor to sales team members and their partners and customers.
• Provide answers to technical questions, including solution selection, sizing, and capabilities of all products in the SonicWall portfolio.
• Provide product demonstrations of SonicWall solutions across the SonicWall portfolio.
• Participate, as a technical resource, in architectural and design discussions to provide compelling business and technical solutions showing how SonicWall solves specific challenges.
• Develop and deliver technical training on topics including, but not limited to: SonicWall solutions, product updates, network security, and information security.
• Maintain a home lab and current certifications in SonicWall solutions.
• Maintain and develop, with other team members, a shared lab of SonicWall and other networking technologies.
• Assist with coverage during other SE’s absence.
• Assist the SonicWall support organization, as required, to drive resolution of support cases.

Required Qualifications: 

• 3+ years presales or support  experience with networking and information security solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with network security and information security.
• Experience presenting technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences in small and large group settings.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• The right candidate has a strong desire to learn and grow their technical and sales skills.
