Job Profile Summary 

As an IAM Developer, you will own and champion the IAM solutions for Equinix’s products focusing on IGA and PAM. You will work for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program within a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, program managers and will have impact on technical implementation of software like Sailpoint IdentityNow as well as other related to Privileged Access Management or Identity Governance. You will also work close to to DevSecOps Team, Dev and Cloud architects, InfoSec and Product owners to make sure the access and credential management design is at the top level.   

Main responsibilities 

• Design and implement access architecture for cloud resources (AWS, GCP, Azure), on-premise VMs and tools as well as databases and SaaS products.

• Help in designing the security solutions required to detect and respond to the security events and incidents related to the access and credential management. 

• Help in understanding for Product teams IAM within our infrastructure and for application services. 

• Perform the full range of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project delivery using SailPoint IdentityNow including development of new connectors.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for SailPoint IdentityNow, providing design, testing, implementation and operational support (including troubleshooting for complex issues). 

• Assisting with the building of scripts and other customizations as necessary for successful IGA deployment. 

• Assist with production of IGA technical and process documentation. 

• Analysis and improvement of our IAM solution for clients and employees (SSO, Federation).

• Audit, analyze and design improvement for databases access management for both human and service users – cloud and on prem (relational and nonrelational databases) .

• Mentor architects and security champions identified in each product team to enable them to have security-first mindset and zero trust architecture when it comes to IAM.

Qualifications 

• Professional IT experience related to Java Development, Security or Access Management.

• Experience with enterprise architecture and working as part of a cross-functional team to implement solutions.

• Strong and proven experience and technical skills with implementing and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.

• Experience with Java, PowerShell, LDAP, ServiceNow, Postman, VSCode IDE, JSON, Velocity Template Language (VTL). 

• Deep experience with SailPoint IdentityNow in developing custom workflows, connectors, rules, roles, and compliance campaigns.   

• Experience working with PAM solutions (i.e., BeyondTrust, CyberArc) governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and server virtualization technologies. 

• Experience with Identity Management solutions (i.e., Okta, OAuth, Ping Identity).

• Knowledge and understanding of federation services.

• Deep understanding of compliance requirements related to Access Management and Logging.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detail.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-organized and self-driven to execute work assigned.  

Will be a plus 

• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer 

• Working with Database Access Management solutions (like Thycotic) 

• Qualifications like SANS or CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CREST, ISSAP/ISSEP is a strong advantage 

• DevOps knowledge
