Position Summary:

Client Success at Strider enables results with Strider products by delivering an exceptional client experience. By enabling results, we retain our clients, and expand the Strider footprint for the right clients at the right time. If you are obsessed with client success and believe in the Strider mission, you may be a good fit for a Client Success role at Strider. As a Client Success Solutions Engineer, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the technical lead for all tasks post-sales for Strider clients, including technical integrations, troubleshooting, SSO enablement, and other relevant tasks
  • Partner closely with internal business partners, especially Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Client Success Managers, to orchestrate Strider’s unique capabilities to provide the right resources at the right time to our clients.
  • Act with urgency to satisfy priority client requests.
  • Act ethically and protect client confidentiality.
  • Be prepared for every client interaction.
  • Be proactive by anticipating client needs and opportunities.
  • Be professional through our actions and dress during client interactions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2 years of successful client-facing solution architect experience, or equivalent experience in an internal client-facing (corporate security) and/or consulting role.
  • Experience working in, or with, corporate/government security programs, including the disciplines of insider risk, incident response, global security, cybersecurity, supply chain risk management.
  • Solid understanding and ability to work in popular SIEM platforms (i.e. Splunk, Sentinel), UEBA and UBA systems, and SCRM tools.
  • Solid understanding and ability to code with one or more scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#)
  • Demonstrated high learning agility with ability to quickly comprehend Strider’s unique capabilities and data sets.
  • Proven self-starter, who’s comfortable in a fast-paced and sometimes self-directed, startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Engaging personality who can connect with clients and resolve client concerns.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Available to travel up to 20% for client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

  • Previous experience at a SaaS, DaaS, or Intelligence company.
  • Degree in a technical field of study or technical certifications
  • Previous experience working with large enterprise clients (Annual revenues greater than $10B).
  • Previous experience working with or familiarity with Corporate and Information Security clients, especially Counterintelligence, Insider Risk, and Supply Chain Risk programs.
  • Previous experience in the U.S. military, defense, and/or intelligence community.
  • Previous experience in Corporate and Information Security, especially Counterintelligence, Insider Risk, and Supply Chain Risk programs.
  • Proficiency in a foreign language, especially Mandarin, Russian, or Farsi.
