What You'll Be Doing:

As the Information Security Platform Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled Information Security Platform Engineers and establishing and managing a new team of Security Tool Operations Support Engineers. You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of information security platforms and tools, ensuring they align with organizational security objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Information Security Platform Engineers and Security Operations Support Engineers.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of information security platforms and tools.
• Establish and manage processes for Security Operations Support, including incident/problem ticket response, troubleshooting, and escalation procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in information security platforms and tools, staying current with emerging technologies, threats, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with other teams within the Information Security organization and stakeholders across the company.
• Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of information security platforms and tools. Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.

What You Should Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on platform management and operations support.
• Proven experience building and managing teams of technical professionals, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience managing a global support organization with varying SLA delivery requirements.
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with a variety of information security platforms and tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, Endpoint Security, etc.
• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across different regions and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are a plus.
