Primary Responsibilities: • Installation, integration, and deployment of ForgeRock solutions in client environments. • Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level, appropriate for the situation. • Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance. • Act as lead or supporting deployment engineer on ForgeRock deployment projects. • Ensure requirements are gathered, processes defined, and use cases documented
Required Experience:• Support the design, development, and implementation of highly-scalable Identity and Access Management solutions using ForgeRock's Open Identity Suite • Integrate OpenAM and/or OpenIDM with backend systems (such as Oracle, AD and OpenDJ) • Integrate OpenAM and/or OpenIDM with cloud-based systems (Google Apps, Salesforce, O365) • Configure OpenAM/OpenDJ/OpenIDM in a highly-available environment • Deploy and Configure OpenAM and/or OpenIDM in a cloud environment (e.g. Amazon AWS) • Support customers in developing an IDM road map and migration from legacy IDM systems to ForgeRock's Open Identity Suite. • Integrate OpenAM and/or OpenIDM with modern Development and DevOps tools (e.g. Puppet, Docker, GitHub, Python, Bash and Maven) • Be able to diagram, document and present IDM architecture designs • Experience with commercial and/or open-source Identity and Access Management Solutions • Experience implementing adaptive web-based authentication/authorization policies using a centralized web access management system • Experience in web-based software development (e.g. J2EE, PHP, Python) • Experience in various techniques of securing and governing access to web-based applications • Experience with web application platforms (e.g. Apache Web Server, Tomcat, or JBoss) • Good understanding of TCP/IP and RESTful based architectures • Experience with LDAP • Experience with multi-factor authentication • Experience with provisioning users to cloud-based systems using OpenIDM (or Sun's IDM suite) • Strong written and verbal communication skillsIDMWORKS provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
